With 'whiskers' that can grow up to 24 inches long, and a black 'flower' that can grow up to a foot across, anyone can see why this plant is desirable. It's not the foliage! This plant gets it's name because it's flower resembles a large, black bat.
Bright (indirect) light will be essential to forming blooms, and keeping the soil from drying out is very important. Humidity is a MUST to keep this plant alive and healthy. We recommend a minimum of 40-50% Do not let the soil dry out on these plants.
