This cactus goes by many names but the most common are: Ric-Rac, Zig Zag, Fishbone, and Epiphyllum. Known for it's long arching stems with serrated leaf nodes, this epiphytic houseplant looks fabulous in a hanging basket. Like most cacti, they prefer bright light and can dry out slightly between waterings. Unlike most cacti, these are tropical, and will thrive when kept in higher humidity, and with more frequent waterings.
These night-bloomers are coveted for their flowers, which are typically very fragrant, and usually last just a single night.
