Homalomena Camouflage is a hard to find variety of aroid, that is a fairly recent newcomer to the houseplant trade. They enjoy plenty of moisture, and humidity, and will thrive in a terrarium or greenhouse cabinet environment. The Camouflage variety is a beautiful looking plant, with- you guessed it- camo-colored leaves!
They need plenty of water during the growing season, and can get away with slightly less light than other plants. As with other plants, it is important that the soil be a well-draining soil, to avoid root rot.
